My motive for seeking the office of Delegate is to influence State policies around
land-use planning and land preservation. My focus is to address important “Nuts
& Bolts” issues regarding necessary development such as roads, schools,
utilities, housing, etc., while balancing these decisions with the goal of
respecting and caretaking of our County’s scenic rural beauty which makes it
such a special place to live.
Paul Gilligan opposes the use of preservation land in Frederick County for the expansion of Data Centers.
